Our client is one of the fastest-growing consumer tech brands in the country.

The incumbent will work closely with the co-founder and will lead the entire spectrum of HR business partnering based of their Delhi office:

- Work as the HR business partner lead for Delhi office

- Drive the founder's vision people agenda by deploying relevant policies and procedures

- Serve as the nation Compensation COE SPOC, working closing with the CHRO to design and deploy all rewards related programs

- Devise the talent management and performance management strategy of the business unit
