Roles and Responsibilities :
- Be a partner to the Business Leadership Team in driving market wide business success through strategic talent planning, development & engagement
- Drive Market Employee Plan by delivering/leading market level projects around talent management, learning & development, diversity, employment brand and other One AXP HR initiatives.
- Market Employee Engagement and employee experience through focus on career development and a wider employee connect
- Partner with other HR COEs, C&B, ER, Leadership Development to deploy global solutions customized to local needs
- Maintain an external network on market trends
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of the Financial Services industry
Qualifications :
- Strong demonstrated project management and relationship skills - within team, peers, superiors
- 8-12 years of relevant HR experience in a professional / reputed organization
- Management Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management preferred from Tier 1 institutes
- Ability to provide thought leadership, Strong sense of ownership with passion to drive results
- Conflict resolution and change management skills
- Ability to influence others and build alignment on issues
- Excellent Presentation Skills to share HR Concepts/Initiatives with Senior Leadership
