Key Responsibilities & Skills :

Work experience :

- Experience working in a Matrix Organization.

- Candidate with Multi-function experience with specific experience in the Healthcare Domain

- Subject matter expertise in the Healthcare Operations domain is mandatory

- P&L responsibility of between 15-20 mn

- Excellent communication skills

- Client facing with ability to mine accounts

- Excellent problem solving capabilities and ability to strategically lead a large team

- Experience primarily in delivery with experience in Sales/BD/transitions is added advantage

Characteristics :

- Minimum 15 years of Experience & Hands On in Healthcare Domain

- Prefer candidates that are stable and have not changed jobs in last three years.

- Candidate should have very valid reasons for moving if more than three moves in 5 years.

- Currently in Third party BPO or has extensive third party experience in past.

- Experience in Working in Healthcare Operations Domain.
