Experience: 18 to 22 Yrs

Skill: Handle Large Account Management

Health care domain (Mandatory) atleast 12 years in Health care domain.

Preferred: Life Science / Pharma domain.

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 18+ years of delivery management experience across technology savvy and agile global clients with multi-geo execution/delivery experience being a big plus.

- Should have handled larger portfolio or accounts size of $25mill-$50-mill involving dev/support/transformational work.

- Good understanding of the Life Sciences domain is a plus; Ability to position the value proposition to deliver highest value to the customer

- Customer orientated and ability to keep on top of all progress and potential risks

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Delivery Partner for a large, diverse, multi-million dollar portfolio with end to end P&L responsibility

- Accountable for delivering the topline and bottom line targets for the portfolio

- Responsible for leading Business Development pursuits like RFP responses, Proactive Proposals, New Solutions etc.

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (CPs/AMs) and senior and executive leadership across shores and internal/customer org

- Establish good customer connect and institutionalize sustained delivery governance forums engaging customers

- Guide and mentor the delivery program managers and service leads in the portfolio in ensuring best in class delivery

- Drive delivery excellence processes & delivery transformation across the portfolio

- Lead initiatives relating to Margin Improvement & Operational Efficiencies

- Partner effectively with internal horizontal leads in meeting the common objectives

- Build & enhance domain capabilities within the portfolio

- Foster an environment of innovation and open communication
