A leading edtech start up is looking for a Head of Sales for an upcoming and fast growing business vertical
Key responsibilities will include scaling the business and executing this through telephone sales, channel sales, feet-on-street. More specifically:
Responsibilities: - Ensure achievement of revenue goals every quarter of the year
For Telephone Sales Teams
- Increase revenue per programme advisor
- Increase lead to enrolment ratio
For Channel Sales Teams
- Setup and scale the channel sales team across centres in India
- Achieve targets/revenues
For Feet-On-Street Sales Teams
- Setup a feet-on-street sales team covering top 20 cities in India
Skills Required
- 10-15 years experience in handling all round sales for global orgs. ECom Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Experience running revenue management for a USD 100 - 200 Million P&L
- MBA/PGDBM from a Tier 1 B School
- Experience building and managing multi-channel sales
- Innovative thinking
