Director/Head - P&L - FinTech

Our Client is a Fintech Unicorn - with unparalleled Leadership & Financial backing in the Indian Eco System

Swiftly moving towards a Super App which enables complete financial product + services to the retail customer in India

We are looking for someone to anchor P&L for Digital Banking services and report to the Head of Banking

Key Result Areas :

- Build high ownership team and lead them by example.

- Relentlessly innovate on new business / product offerings to solve customer problems and create value for the company.

- Co-create products and business models with product, engineering and operations teams. Lead PnL, Business development and business growth=

- Facilitate partnerships to build and deliver the relevant propositions to customers

- Own the business metrics and derive actionable insights across teams like Engineering, Product, Operations and Business

- Ensure ongoing monitoring of Customer-satisfaction/NPS and derive & deliver on action items to improve the same

- Independently own key strategic initiatives and lead the planning as well as execution

- Balance success rates, customer-satisfaction/NPS and transaction-costs-

Own PnL deliverables
