Job Description :

- Reporting into CEO of India business, you would be part of key leadership team in the organization, combining strategic thinking, analysis and planning of the critical payments function.

- You would also be responsible for Providing payment processing expertise to customers and partners along with providing advice on network services and infrastructure for Point of Sale (POS), Digital and Mobile commerce.

- Staying abreast of latest developments in regulatory and technology environment to identify opportunities in payments domain.

- Leveraging payment organization working closely with internal business teams and external partners to help rapid growth of the business.

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory changes maintaining data security and integrity.

- Leading and growing a high caliber team of payment consulting professionals along with managing P&L of the business.

The Successful Candidate :

- MBA from Tier-1 B School with 12 to 15 years of experience in payments domain with an MNC bank or consulting firm specializing in end to end payments.

- Strong process orientation with very good understanding of payments technologies in Indian and Global market specifically in POS and payment gateways.

- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment working closely with senior stakeholders.

- Ideal candidate would have a strong technical background in the payments domain along with understanding of the regulatory environment.
