Director / Head - Operations
- Development and execution of research strategy and agenda.
- Leading the definition, creation and production of market intelligence products and solutions for clients and prospects.
- Ensuring market intelligence meets the needs of our existing clients and identifying new opportunities for our capabilities.
- Full research operations including project planning, scheduling and tracking.
- Production of quality research and analysis through insightful analytical techniques and thought leadership.
- Annual research budget planning, strategic growth planning New product planning and positioning.
- Monthly and annual P&L management and reportage for each research area under your responsibility
- Market, Press and Customer Engagement Developing senior executive relationships with our clients and key players in the industry.
- Providing strong support for the sales team in closing business, collaborating with sales team to develop strategic selling initiatives and account plans.
- Public speaking to build the brand and generate revenue Media appearances leading to company's India brand development, both print and electronic.
Qualification & Experience :
- Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 12 years relevant experience from KPO or IT Organizations and comfortable with managing quantitative research that involves modeling vast arrays of data.
- Strong Project Management and Execution Skills.
- Demonstrable thought leadership and research vision Top class writing, presentation and speaking ability.
