About the role
This is a cross functional leadership role reporting to the co-founders and working with Heads of Product, Finance and Growth. The role will involve building and managing the network of healthcare providers that serve every one of our customers. You will be required to identify suitable service providers, negotiate with them to secure prices for products and services, and lead the on-ground team across the country to manage a pristine service delivery across thousands of partners across 400+ towns.
Responsibilities
Strategic partnerships
- Identify and assess new relationships with network partners across various categories for driving growth
- Manage end to end relationships across the healthcare network partners
- Create and enforce SOPs across partners to ensure quality checks and create service level agreements
- Ensure service availability for clients across the country
- Manage revenue distribution and disbursement across all partners to ensure partner satisfaction
Internal operations
- End to end ownership of all internal process in to achieve organisation goals of customer success
- Define product road map for process improvement
- Optimize transaction costs for the company
- Manpower, process planning and governance for all sub-processes
- Collaborate with internal product team to improve any of the key processes
Team management
- Build and lead the on-ground teams which are engaged in managing operations in micro-areas, managing local B2B marketing activities, customer support, ad-hoc requests, etc.
Who should apply?
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree from reputed institute
- Minimum Experience: 8+ years
- Prior experience running operations of an organization, not necessarily in the healthcare space
- Self-driven with ability to prioritize requirements and lead an entire function
- Analytical bent of mind to determine actionable insights along with structured thinking process
- Ability to drive business relationship across partners and manage the key objectives/responsibilities
- Street smart person with the ability to negotiate
