Our client is a group of educational institutions, looking to hire Director to Head complete operations.

The role will be responsible for:

- Planning strategies, driving growth and direct learning for the organization.

- Identifying new business opportunities and is responsible for the development of learning products and services.

- Anticipating impact of regulatory changes.

- Approving research areas.

- Directly reviewing the emerging academic and industry research.

- Establishing budget and financial targets.

- Establishing good industry networks.

- Establishing measures to ensure corporate regulations are followed and risks are managed.

- Establishing the organization's mission and values.

- Identifying business expansion opportunities.

- Leading development of business continuity strategies and policies.

- Overseeing talent and performance management, and manpower planning.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for candidates with minimum 20 years of experience in Educational Industry.

- Must have extensive knowledge in market and industry developments.

- Must be a forward-thinking leader.

- Must be able to work with partners to get their support.
