POSITION : Director/Head-HR for a Central African Country.
Reporting : Country Business Head and Group Head HR
Location : Central African country
Role Summary :
- The position will be responsible for Corporate HR and Business HR
- Team manager role.. will provide HR solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
- The position will consults on HR Projects and solutions within applicable HR Policies, Processes & Programs to resolve issues on a variety of people and HR program related topics.
- The position will also take lead responsibility for the complex investigations, represents the HR Operations perspective on regional project teams & process improvement initiatives,
- HR Projects and serve as a mentor to Team Members.
