The applicant(s) reporting manager should be/have been a CEO, MD, Country head in other words in the last (few) assignments the applicant should have reported to the titles/designations listed. To apply, it is MANDATORY for the applicant(s) to be currently employed with an IT SERVICES FIRM having an employee headcount ranging from 1 to 1000 members. The applicant(s) should be a CA who has done finance management for the USA based IT SERVICES company which has IT STAFFING as one of their services. 2. Should be good with US Invoicing, collections, and MIS reporting i.e should manage the team to get the collections, etc done. 3. Ensure to keep their collections under control. 4. Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. 5. Support the CEO in all aspects of Financial & Business Planning. 6. Will be responsible for the day to day finance activities and statutory compliance. 7. Interface with Delivery managers and Practice head to ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve goals.
