About our Client - Our client is one of the leading MNC Bank Globally. With expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Director - Head of Analytics for their captive centres based in India supporting Wholesale Banking and Retail Banking business. They are looking for seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience to join their team as Director managing the analytics team spread across multiple sites in India.

Job Description - You would be responsible for managing the global analytics team which supports markets, risk, consumer and wholesale banking teams. You would be managing relationship with business heads and other stakeholders across wholesale and retail bank to support them in statistical and risk modeling. You would be leading a large team and work in a global complex environment supporting geographies spanning North America, EMEA and APAC regions. You would also be responsible to grow the business from India centre

The Successful Candidate - You should be an MBA/Masters in Economics/Mathematics with around 15 years of relevant experience working with a consumer bank in marketing analytics or decision support etc.

- Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of managing business P&L.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- You must have strong understanding of statistical modeling using tools like SAS, SQL, MIS Reporting, Data warehousing, Dashboards with Analytics & banking domain and complex data sources.
