Director Growth - Leading Travel ecommerce firm (Tier 1 Btech/ MBA only)


We are currently hiring a Growth Leader for a leading OTA/ Travel ecommerce company in India.

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to build go-to-acquire plan and lead the central growth function. You will be In charge of crafting product and marketing voices to fit with market.

The role requires the person to be able to:

Job responsibilities:

- Lead growth strategy & ideation, partnering closely with both product and performance marketing teams.

- Be the voice of the customer and a specialist on the user to drive growth and inform our product roadmap

- Experience GTM product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content to acquire and retain customers.

- Execute multiple aspects of data analytics, marketing, product marketing, paid marketing, education and engagement campaigns

- Work cross-functionally with product, design, brand, communications to fuel ongoing product adoption, product launches, and product localization efforts across multiple markets

- Measure and report progress against marketing goals, gain customer insight and iterate on outstanding GTM strategy for established and new markets.

To fit the bill:

- Have an MBA or Engg degree from Tier 1 school

- 7+ years of experience in product management or analytics or consulting, who has later pivoted into performance marketing

Strategic problem solver and have validated results building and executing on marketing strategy

- Worked for an ad agency or have experience working with agencies and partner networks to execute campaigns across various channels.

- Experience developing strategy and running campaigns

- Lead multiple partners with competing priorities to drive growth.
