As a rapidly growing, VC-backed social enterprise, we are seeking a full-time Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead the entire performance marketing & marketing analytics portfolios, including but not limited to Hubspot email marketing, Mailchimp email marketing, paid digital media (Linkedin, Google, Facebook), SEO, and conversion analytics. We strongly believe in the value of data-driven marketing, growth hacking, and lean experimentation, and we envision for this role to spearhead the translation of these concepts into real systems & processes. You will be reporting directly to Co-Founder & Chief Advocacy Officer and the VP of Marketing, while leading a team of 3 managers / associates, a lead generation agency, and a digital marketing agency to support and execute your vision.

Your Responsibilities :

- Create and optimize important fundamentals and processes for the growth team, such as project playbooks, learning & inspiration, analytics softwares, and data storage systems

- Build awareness, generate leads, engage & warm leads, and convert B2B prospects through contact sourcing, Hubspot email marketing workflows, and Mailchimp email newsletters

- Deploy, manage, and optimize a large paid media budget across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and potentially other spending channels suitable for B2B marketing

- Manage the performance marketing facets of integrated, strategic marketing & communications campaigns to help unlock ROI and amplify each campaign's objectives

- Spearhead data analysis across marketing, sales, customer success functions to improve our entire customer journey from initial discovery all the way to loyalty & advocacy

- Strategize, deploy, and optimize on-page & off-page SEO strategy, in collaboration with Content, Creative, and Tech teams

What We Are Looking For :

- Very strong data analysis, arithmetics, and core mathematical fundamentals (must-have)

- Concrete work experience and operational fluency with Hubspot, especially its email marketing & pipeline management modules, and LinkedIn Ads (must-have)

- Concrete work experience and excellent fluency with at least 3 of the following 5 software-based skillsets: Google Ads, FB Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and Mailchimp (must-have)

- Past work experience in B2B services, other relevant domains (sustainability, SaaS, consumer goods), and target geographies (North America, Western Europe), preferred

- 1+ year experience in directly managing junior managers & associates, preferred

- Highly capable of applying concepts that straddle between business/entrepreneurship and B2B sales & marketing (e.g. CAC, SQL/MQL, pricing, accounting metrics), preferred

- Quick learner with the ability to quickly pick up new, cutting-edge marketing softwares as well as understand and distill down large amounts of technical concepts

- Have a knack for punchy copy and elegant visual aesthetics that drive call-to-action

- Possess an unparalleled attention to detail, even under time-sensitive environments

- Adapt well to the fast-paced dynamic nature of a startup environment, with specific acumens such as rapid prototyping, resourcefulness and creative problem solving

- Passionate about creating change on the intersection of people, planet, and profit
