Own and drive customer acquisition via performance marketing channels for multiple direct-to-consumer brands across APAC, US, and Europe working with in-house teams responsible for driving revenue and ROAS growth.
- Lead a team of performance marketing managers to strategize, implement, and actively manage campaigns across paid social acquisition channels i.e Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, etc
- Work on yearly, quarterly, and monthly media plans with the brand and finance teams. Ensuring targets are achieved for the same.
- Create SOPs, best practices, and assist in developing process documents
- Team Management, Lead team to achieve targeted performance KPIs and provide assistance including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition.
- A strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborated with cross-functional teams and agencies
- Strong expertise in Paid Social Acquisition i. e Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Demonstrated ability to develop new advertising and campaign strategies that increase performance over time.
- Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field
