This is a hard target-oriented role, with a strong focus on delivering a certain number of Qualified Leads every month through organic and paid marketing efforts.
About the Role:
- Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone with a proven track record in driving growth, particularly in B2C environments. You should have a deep understanding of RoAS/ROI across various marketing channels.
- Location: This is an office-based role located in Delhi NCR. As we're in the early stages of our journey, expect a fast-paced environment with a 6-day workweek.
- Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a heavy emphasis on ESOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.
- Oversee brand marketing initiatives, including content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging.
- Define key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
