Our client, one of the most respected organization in the management consulting space having a very strong global presence, with a very large and well respected government advisory practice.   To strengthen their practice client is looking for an exceptional talent with strong credentials to lead & manage the govt advisory practice with specific exposure in the area of Skill development & government liasoning.   Key Responsibilities:   The incumbent would be responsible for :   1. Business plan development :   - Pro-actively identifying opportunities and projects   - Building business relationships   - Build a network of service providers in different areas related to skill development   2. Business delivery:   - Management projects in India and in neighboring countries.Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals.   - Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally.   - Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner.   3. People Management   - Build a strong team and be a good role model, mentor and coach   - Assist in resolving people issues   - Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring   Functional areas:   - Skill development   - Large scale Training and capacity Building   Desired Skills and Experience :   Post Graduation from a premier institute in Human Resource /Social Work/Rural Mgt etc is desirable.   Other Skills:   - Understanding of Skills/ HR advisory   - An Exposure of Working with Big 4 would be an added advantage.   - At least 15 years of Experience of working with the Govt./handling projects in area of skill development & livelihood generation.   - Minimum overall experience of 15-20 years
