3. Demonstrate creative thinking along with providing unique & innovative solutions during the project delivery process

4. Extending additional services to existing clients thus intensifying mindshare & market share focusing on offering real estate solutions & cross selling

5. Time optimization by ensuring quick turnaround time for onboarded projects

6. Business Analysis, Policy Advocacy and Project Advisory including Transaction Advisory and Bid process Advisory Services

7. Regular engagement with Policy-makers and Bureaucrats - Undertake end to end client management and timely deliverables

8. New Business Acquisition from Government, Multilaterals and public and private Corporate bodies.
