Director/GM - Accounts & Finance - CA - Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting a Director Finance & Accounts for a Large size Organization to be based out in Thane.

Job Title : GM / Director Accounting

Designation : Director/ GM Accounts & Finance

SBU / Function : Group [ Corporate ]/ Finance

Location : Thane

Reporting to : Group CFO

Role Responsibility :

- Group consolidation and closure of financial accounts and balance sheets for the entire group

- Quarterly review as per listing agreement

- IFCR implementation

- Preparation of cash flow statements

- Budgets, MIS, Managing Tax returns, Audits and compliance

- Preparation of comparative financial analysis

- Vendor payment authorization

- Monitoring accounts receivables

Qualification :

- CA with 10+ years of strong & relevant experience in Accounting and related fields. Minimum of 2 Years of experience must be in Senior Management roles

- Should have experience of managing and leading teams, should have worked on SAP

- Good communication skills as will need to present to Board
