Director - Global Tax Operations - Financial Services Firm

Our client is a leading financial services firm having global presence across multiple countries worldwide. They are keen on meeting individual for this leadership role from banking captive background having experience in UK, EMEA, Australia tax operation - Corporate.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Lead a large tax operations team to support multiple divisions

- Work in tandem with numerous tax divisions globally to enable and execute common objectives

- Take a wholistic approach to strengthen operational process and ensure vital controls and checks are in place

- End to end team management ensuring training, leadership development & retention.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Qualification - CA/MBA (Fin)/CWA with 17+ years of experience.

- Should have prior experience in indirect corporate tax including operational aspects with a background in Banking captives

- Experience in client servicing is required.

- Should be people oriented with strong analytical and strategic mindset.

- Strong influential and stakeholder management skills

- Should have experience in automation and Alteryx.
