RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as a key point of contact for senior management, regulators and audit bodies for resilience related matters for the Service Company. - Ensure the businesses and functions maintain and deliver against their Resilience strategies, ensuring the establishment of effective governance to maintain the Resilience (including recovery) capabilities to the Business Units Risk Appetite position. - Drive the Cyber Resilience programme for the bank and develop the Organisational Resilience framework. - Responsible for driving and leading the Crisis Management team for India - Ensure the India Business and GSC adopts the Group's approach towards the management of Resilience and operate in such a way that ensures services to all stakeholders, clients and customers are not materially impacted during adverse events. - Actively engage the businesses and functions to ensure resilience is owned and embedded as part of business /function planning, management and development. - Ensure that each Business unit has an up to date comprehensive and robust Resilience Risk profile and has translated this into a Resilience plan that addresses Critical and major gap. Where missing, lead the businesses/functions in compiling and maintaining a Resilience Profile for each F2B Process. - Provide strategic direction and resilience guidance to Senior Management including both Co-CEOs of GSC and Executive levels - Lead the India Business Units in identifying and documenting all Front-to-Back processes (F2BPs) including defining the overall requirements that support the F2BP including Supplier, Technology, Premises Resilience. - Lead the India Business Units in the identification and remediation of gaps in Resilience and ensure the implementation of innovative solutions to mitigate Resilience risks. - Ensure Resilience standards are embedded in design of key strategic projects / programmes - Ensure quality assessment and oversight of Programme Delivery in line with the Group Policy and Standards. - Represent India Business and GSC at any necessary Resilience and risk forums and steering committees. - Ensure Resilience risks and issues are actively managed, communicated through the Resilience Risk Forum and escalated to the Group Risk and Control Committees for the supporting business. - Ensure accepted risk levels and Dispensations, Waivers and Breaches (DWBs) are documented and their review is included as part of the Resilience plan process. - Track resolution of identified risks through agreed action plans ensuring target timescales and milestones are achieved. REQUIREMENTS - MBA from a top tier B school preferred or an Engineering degree from the top tier college with 15+ years of overall experience. - Previous experience working in a security or related role. Exposure to Cyber &amp; Information Security. - A good understanding of risk, and a proven track record in exercising judgment in risk situations - Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory bodies, standards (e.g. FSA ISPB) and industry better practice (e.g. ISO22301, PAS56). - Knowledge of working in an ERMF environment with a 3LoD methodology. - Experience of successful and comprehensive leadership within a function or business that translates comfortably into Resilience, Risk &amp; Control and/or similar in a complex organisation. - Proven track record of the developing and the implementation of resilience controls that improve the control landscapes.
