Director - Fundraising & Sustainability - NGO

- Responsible for developing, implementing and delivering the organization's financial sustainability plan which includes fund raising from institutional, corporate and individual donors.

- Additionally, work on building the HNI and legacy portfolios for organisational sustainability

- Lead the fund raising team by providing the necessary vision and leadership which will enable the organisation to achieve its fundraising targets and organisational development programme.

- Responsible for working withmultiple teams and the confederation to develop and implement fund raising strategies
