Location: ANANTAPUR, ANDHRA PRADESH

Reason for the hire:

Rural Development Trust is looking to hire the Fundraising Director to design and implement the structure of the Fundraising Department. The incumbent will define and implement a fundraising strategy focused on achieving economic resources and establish strategic alliances and partnerships to maximize the impact and reach of the organisation within India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategy Planning and Execution

- Capacity Builder

- Funding Pipeline

- Donor Engagement

Note: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks. The need for flexibility is required and the job holder is expected to carry out any other related duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Must Haves:

- The incumbent should come with around 5 years' experience in fundraising positions or more than 10 years' experience in similar areas such as marketing in the social sector.

- A Post Graduate in Management /Marketing /Social Sciences/Social Work

- The incumbent should have previous demonstrable experience negotiating partnerships, managing business plans, and market analysis.

- Experience in the achievement of verifiable objectives in fundraising and integrated communication campaigns in the social sector.

- Experience in leading and training teams on fundraising and data management.

- The incumbent should come with strong budget management, organisational skills, and the ability to create and implement SOPs
