Role : Fund Raising Consultant

- Looking for a candidate who will be responsible fund raising, donor relationship management and identifying and building of good relationships with prospective donors and clients.

- She will also be responsible to ensure donor engagement and management of the assigned portfolio of donors, timely and effective funder reporting and query resolution; in addition to networking and building relationships with players in the philanthropic ecosystem ranging from Indian and international donor institutions, networks and other intermediaries.

Experience : 10-15 years relevant work experience and proven track record in fundraising of at least 200cr/ donor acquisition, relationship engagement and management

Managerial Responsibilities :

- Scoping of prospective leads and building database for fundraising outreach through multiple channels online, events, referrals

- Manage and assist in funding proposals and pitch presentations and other customized communication material to aid fundraising processes

- Manage all activities related to existing, and potential donor engagement and reporting

- Effectively coordinate with the Communications team for support to ensure accurate flow of information to Donors

Functional Responsibilities :

- Raise Funds to meet assigned goals/targets in terms of value of funds raised as well as the number of donors/funders acquired

- Conducting research on fundraising opportunities through proposal announcements, events, outreach, cold mails, etc. for lead generation

- Create/Manage outreach plan for potential leads (CSR, HNIs, Foundations) for introductions and subsequent fundraising conversations towards existing organization Programmes and advisory platform

- Manage/assist in proposals submission for fundraising towards multiple projects as assigned

- Maintain and regularly update the fundraising MIS tracker on fundraising activities, opportunities and achievements

- Support by contributing towards development and execution of the fundraising and partnerships strategy appropriate to the NGO

- Assist in organizing visibility and fundraising events/convenings by ensuring attendance of key leads and donors.

- Ensure timely communication to the communications team for the necessary collaterals to be developed for fundraising activities
