Fundraising Director

Hiring for a social and political initiative to usher in transparent democracy with accountable leadership, by providing concerned citizens with an avenue to elect credible political leaders.

Key Deliverables:

1. To provide visionary, strategic and operational leadership in order to harness the huge FR potential that exists in this country, so as to maintain financial independence.

2. Responsible for implementing integrated campaigning by coordination with campaigns and communications.

3. Undertake periodic surveys with an eye on bettering expectations from financial supporters.

4. Look at the 400 million middle class in India through an engagement lens through campaigning finally converting some or all of that into financial supporter.

5. Responsible for all FR HR issues like recruitment, training and staff movements.

Knowledge & experience:

- High expertise in management and ability to comprehend and implement those principles in the GP context

- Having the expertise to integrate the best of “marketing and sales principles” without diluting social theme

- Strong long term commitement and an organisation/departmental “builder”

Compensation:

Salaries are more like development center salaries.
