Job Description - Exciting role to lead the Transfer Agency operations team of a global leading asset management company captive based out of Bangalore.

Client Details

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with strong presence across multiple sites in India. With expansion in their global business and focus on India, an excellent opportunity has come up as Director - Head of Transfer Agency Operations for their centre based in India supporting investment management, hedge fund and fund admin teams based in US, UK and EU. They are looking for seasoned professional with around 20 years of experience to join their team as Director managing a large team (over 500+ professionals).

Description

Reporting into CEO, you would be responsible for managing large team supporting global transfer agency operations like managing accounts, reconciliation, dealing, settlement etc.

You would be supporting business across geographies including US, UK, EU and other emerging markets and would also be responsible for driving control and process excellence. You would be managing relationship with other business heads and global stakeholders along with executing business strategy across the division.

Profile

- You would be an MBA/CA from a premier institute with around 18-20 years experience in Fund Administration/ Transfer Agency etc.
