Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist Private Equity Senior Controller and group CFO in managing the people, process and enabling technology necessary to support the flagship Private Equity funds. Responsibilities include quarter-end accounting and NAV review, review of financial statements and leading on audits, ad hoc reporting for management, internal clients and investors, and performance reporting. Responsibility for overseeing books and records for the flagship Private Equity funds and related Co-Investment funds.

- Lead the financial and operational team responsible for investor reporting, compliance with the fund agreements, management reporting

- Review valuation memos and report to the Senior Controller any issues and assist in remediation

- Work with Corporate Controllers to report and record all monthly and quarterly corporate reporting (carried interest income, GP direct interest)

- Work with internal and external tax counsel on investor tax reporting and investment structuring.

- Work alongside the investment teams on deal closings, restructurings, financings

- Liaise with Marketing and Investor Servicing teams on quarterly reporting and ad-hoc investor requests

- Complete ad hoc and special projects and initiatives as directed

- General support for Fund CFO and Senior Controller

Qualification & Experience (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge):

- Bachelor's degree required

- Private accounting experience preferred, and Chartered Accountant is required

- Organization and leadership

- Growth mindset focused on creating a thoughtful workplace geared towards efficient analysis and decision making

- Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise.

- Individual must have strong drive and initiative

- Individual must be collaborative to effectively liaise with investment partners and colleagues as well as able to work independently

- An energetic, forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards

- Superior verbal and written skills

- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve internal differences and observe confidentiality.

- Roles are conditional upon and subject to satisfactory reference and background screening checks, as well as all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals or certifications as required from time to time.

- Role requires individual to be nimble and flexible to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

- The ability to take on a task and "run with it" to conclusion is a critical characteristic of this role

- 10-15 years of experience in investment management business with strong experience in Private Equity and Partnership/fund accounting, administration, and financial reporting

- Experience using Investran is a significant plus
