Designation:Director-FC-Operations Location:Bangalore Job Description: The director of FC central operations is responsible for leading central function of FC Operations. The role will include ownership of FC Operations capacity planning operations, new Projects / FC program management &amp; Managing FC metrics . It is a cross-functional leadership level role, which drives the FC Operations. He should define the metrics, identifying and driving initiatives to support business growth and working to resolve cross-functional initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities - a } Accountable for running the FC Operations and ensuring conformance to all day to day operations and facilitate to resolve issues faster b} Drive strategy and execution of utilization of assets and Manpower c} Lead scaling of FC Projects with clear ownership of time bound flawless go-live Big and 3PL facilities. D} Ensure corrective processes to resolve exceptions f) Participate in Developing, maintain and demonstrate advanced systems and design knowledge in order to build integrated systems and business processes. g} Drive Improvement projects on Reliability, Speed and Cost h) Ensure all the manpower deployment on the floor based on planning numbers i) Guide, Coach and Mentor the operation managers across FCs and drive one team culture Expertise - MBA in supply chain or operations from Tier-1 B Schools - 8+ years experience in supply chain operations - Experience in E Commerce, retail, or Manufacturing Industry - Strong experience in scaling up of supply chain operations - Strong people management and cross functional leadership experience Skills and Competencies - Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills - Strong stakeholder management skills across Operations, Business Finance, Inventory Planning, Merchandising and Category, Marketing and Customer service teams - Strategic and long term thinking If you are interested kindly send the updated resume or feel free to call 9513822242/9513822241.
