Director - Financial Services - Third Party Collections - BPO

We are hiring for Director, Financial Services (Third Party Collections) for our client

- The client provides services to some of the most respected organizations in their industries, including one of the nation's largest sub-prime services, government agencies and many lenders, services, investors, mortgage bankers, credit unions, financial services and hedge funds companies across the country.

Title : Director, Financial Services (Third Party Collections)

Shift : 1pm to 10pm

Location : Navi Mumbai

Reporting Manager : Chief Operating Officer, Financial Services

Responsibilities :

- Lead one or more collections call centers to maximize collections results by optimizing people, process and technology to deliver top tier client competitive evaluations, revenue growth, profitability, quality and consistency of delivery.

- Develop positive relationships with clients, internal organizations, and vendors

- Deliver excellent results on compliance and quality metrics to maximize collections while minimizing legal costs and complaints

- Meet budgeted revenue and EBITDA contribution targets as directed by senior management

- Create and execute strategic plans for Operations that maximize growth and profitability

Key Result Areas :

- Drive operational effectiveness and deliver performance

- Drive and deliver strategic and analytical initiatives for process improvements

- Identify and drive people development

- Drive key project to completion with HR leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 10 years of operational and business unit P&L leadership with a strong track record of success in the business process outsourcing, transaction processing or call center markets.

- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required

- At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site operations with a total of at least 300 employees.

- Experience in more than one of the following markets is greatly preferred (Healthcare, Financial Services, Credit/Debit Card, Mortgage, Legal, or Government Services)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to travel up to 50% in the US with occasional travel outside the US
