We are looking to hire a Director -in the Restructuring Team within TAS. The Restructuring practice is a focused advisory service targeted towards stressed/ distressed situations and involves Independent Business Reviews for key stakeholders and Operational Restructuring/ Turnaround Management of such stressed/ distressed companies. Support in managing work-out or turn-around processes and in allocating capital and investment - evaluating your business plans objectively. Also devise strategies to address potential covenant breaches, negotiating with stakeholders and complying with insolvency and other requirements. Work with you to develop optimal and flexible debt and equity capital structures and competitive financing programs. We analyze the choices, present you with the alternatives and offer recommendations. - Exceptional Commercial Acumen and Strong Analytical Skills - Project Management experience in complex environments - High initiative and drive - Maturity and ability to handle pressure - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Professional appearance and poise Education: Preferably a MBA /CA
