Director - Financial Reporting - Real Estate/Hotel Industry

We have opportunity with well funded and leading organisation into hotel and real estate sector. They are looking for Director Financial Reporting.

Note - It is an Individual Contributor role

Job role:

- Developing and implementing reporting processes and systems that meet the organization's needs.

- Analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data presentation.

- Presenting various analysis and reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders

- Working with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of Reports

- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Providing guidance and support to other team members on reporting processes and procedures

- Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting processes and systems

- Ensuring compliance with reporting Regulations and Standards.

- Preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP and IFRS

- Handling statutory audit (BIG4) under local GAAP as well as IFRS

- Responsible for Corporate MIS

Requirement:

- Relevant years experience of financial reporting.

- Must have IFRS/Ind-AS experience.

- BIG 4 / IPO / Private Equity Fund experience is preferred.

- Ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset and Excellent critical thinking skills and an eye for detail
