Director - FPA

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.

- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and internal metrics to identify opportunities and risks.

- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for business planning purposes.

- Manage the organization's Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.

- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline business planning and analysis processes.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various departments as required.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to business planning, analysis, and MIS.
