Job Description : Responsible for partnering with key business leaders to deliver insights and drive results. Lead specialised financial analysis to provide advanced solutions in support of financial planning.

Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers in its domain. They are currently on an expansion spree across India with a strong presence in 4 continents ie Europe, America, Asia, Africa.

Description :

Heading the financial planning and analysis, you shall be responsible for :

- Conduct financial and operational analysis to support planning efforts that span a wide range of activities including integrated capital planning process and long-range financial planning

- Analyze and report the consolidated budget, capital plans, multi-year financial plans to the senior board members and shareholders, etc.; monitor current year budget to actual results.

- Manage the annual fiscal budget process

- Review the quarterly and year-end financial results while identifying variances from prior year and budget

- Analyze data from various systems to produce regular reports and present ad hoc financial reports simultaneously

Profile :

The successful applicant will be required to have a Chartered Accountancy/MBA Degree. Along with that relative experience of 12-15 years in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis along with working knowledge of accounting principles. Advanced knowledge of budget management, financial analysis and financial modeling. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with professional Excel skills is a prime requisite. Exposure to staff training and experience in recruiting would be a plus.
