Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO/Consulting

A Leading MNC is looking for Director - Financial Planning and Analysis.

- The incumbent should have good experience in the FP&A space

Should be well versed with:

- Financial Planning

- Budgeting

- Forecasting

- Stakeholder Management

- Analytically sound

High end FP&A role - lot of focus on Compensation & Benefits , operating plan , how is each region doing, slicing and dicing data, monthly/ quarterly / yearly review, working closely with C&B team ,Will be leading a team of 3-4 people.

- Should be a qualified CA working in Consulting / BPO firms
