About our Client - Our client is a Leading Financial Services firm with a diverse product offering. India has been identified as a key center for them and are now looking to strengthen their team with a diversity candidate for the position of Director Financial Planning & Analysis based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities would include:

- Planning/ budgeting/forecasting

- Driving delivery through in-depth review of performance

- Providing guidance on performance and outlook to market

- Maintaining relevant controls

- Providing a comprehensive suite of management reports delivered to Division CFO and Executive Committee, with follow-up actions to drive achievement of targets

- Managing a team of 30+.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA / MBA with 15+ years of experience in FP&A from a Financial Services setup.

- Strong senior stakeholder management, team management and the ability to think out of a box is a must.

- Prior experience within the Financial Services industry would be preferable.
