Director - Financial Planning & Analysis

- As the Corp FP&A Leader, you will be One Point of Contact for the Business Units (BU) as the Trusted Business Partner with an objective to improve the profitability.

- Collaborate with the BU team and prepare budgets annually and projections every month/quarter.

- Work with the BU head on the variances to budgets / forecast and reasons for the same.

- Work with the business teams to have better understanding about the business which may require some travel.

- Ensure control on Unbilled revenue.

- Work with the BU on Pricing for submitting a quote to customers.

- Analysis of MIS, Financial and operations metrics implications during contract negotiations.

- Work with the sales teams on customer contract renewals or new pricing negotiations.

- Coordinate with Corporate Finance for consolidation.

- Should have rich hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP and BPC environments.

- Formulate annual operating plan and forecast for various functions in concurrence with business and finance leaders Demonstrate deep understanding of underlying business drivers and assist business/ finance leaders to attain strategic business vision Advise business leaders on attaining their business targets Ensure minimal variance to annual operating plan and forecast.

- Ensure all variances are thoroughly explained and justified Have periodic review of financials with business & finance leaders Ability to be a team player, troubleshooter and a consensus-builder Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to thrive in Ambiguity and embrace change Ability to aggregate large volumes of data and construct useful analysis for Management insights Excellent presentation skills Demonstrated ability to be proactive and self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic work environment
