Director Finance Transitions & Intelligent Automation

Our client is a top tier international financial institution actively seeking an experienced Director to oversee several change initiatives and projects. This is newly created opportunity within Group Finance team to help take the organization to the next level of support services. Working with senior global functional leads across geographies and working on Data Infrastructure, Transformations, and Innovation's capabilities.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Oversee the development and design for both talent and transformation within the Finance program.

- Oversee the development of large-scale Project plans covering multiple elements such as costing, quality control, resource management and risk.

- Work with various team members on implementing regional LEAN and optimization strategies, ideas leading to efficient organization.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, ACCA OR MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of relevant experience.

- A proven track record of managing large scale Strategic Change, Transformation and Project execution around (Front to Back), broad understanding finance processes and systems.

- Experience around general ledger, reconciliation, adjustments, big data, data quality, data governance, data infrastructure (business side data) and overall management control.

- Collaborate with business partners globally (Technology and Change) to identify and build on Transitions, Transformations, and Intelligent Automation to make the process more agile and efficient.

- Ability to manage pressure, stabilize the process, improvisations, work on new developments which can add value to the team and open to challenges.

- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
