Director - Finance Transformation - Financial Institution

Our client is a leading Global Financial Institution engaged in personal banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking and wealth management with an extensive presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.

Actively seeking an experienced Director of Finance Transformation to oversee a number of change initiatives and projects.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Oversee the development and design for both talent and transformation within the Finance program.

- Manage the team's capabilities around process efficiencies, how they can best identify and execute changes needed.

- Proactively manage communication channels with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

- Oversee the development of large-scale Project plans covering multiple elements such as costing, quality control, resource management and risk.

- Work with various team members on implementing regional LEAN and optimization strategies, ideas leading to efficient organization.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, ACCA OR MBA (Finance)

- A proven track record of managing large scale Finance Transformation & Change Management Programmes and necessary resources.

- At least 15+ years of experience in a Finance Transformation or similar environment.

- International experience an essential for this opportunity

- Demonstrate leadership ability in setting direction and prioritisation

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role

- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output

- PMP, LEAN & Six Sigma can be an added advantage.
