Director - Finance Transformation - BFS

- Demonstrated Finance transformation Expertise: Demonstrate experience in areas including Finance target operating model, shared services advisory, business process improvements and re-engineering, deals related services,

- Digital in Finance Financial Planning and Analysis and Enterprise Performance Management, close, consolidation and reporting. Knowledge of ERP / EPM tools is preferred

- Demonstrated Thought Leadership Development: Create and develop thought leadership pieces, whitepapers,

- POVs, etc. across sectors and functions

- Business Development : Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development and writing processes, drive business development activities, develop point of view and contribute to overall thought leadership

- Leadership Experience: Lead and nurture teams, identify opportunities for growth, be adept at upward and downward stakeholder management, develop a positive and effective work environment
