Director - Finance & Operations

Requirements:

- CA or ICWA with Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the staffing and recruitment industry. Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting.

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies to achieve commercial growth and profitability goals with a strong commercial finance mindset.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a India delivery team to success.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle crisis and mitigate risks.
