Director Finance - Long term accommodation platform

Responsibilities

1) Take a lead role in end-to-end finance management

2) Manage a team of 10 to take care of

- Accounting

- Global entity setups and Compliances

- Taxes

- Financial data management system

- Investor relations

3) Get the Consolidated books closures monthly level

4) Take a lead role in new country expansions

5) Understand the budget requirements from the department heads and plan cash flow

6) Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.

7) Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team

8) Maintain investor relations and reporting

Requirements

1) CA with minimum 7 years of experience

2) Knowledge of end to end of Accounts

3) Direct Tax/Indirect Tax Compliances

4) MIS, Analytics, Excel Skills

5) Good Communication skills

6) Team leader (Min 5-6 member team)

7) Experienced in corporate finance and investor relations
