Director - Finance - ( US CPA ) - Global MNC - You are a qualified "US CPA" International Controller &amp; will be responsible for leading the Accounting Operations, including a team of professionals, across Accounting, Revenue, and Internal Controls&nbsp; &nbsp;Control environment and governance mechanisms:&nbsp; - Ensure that the accounting operations operate within a solid control environment. To this end, develop and drive necessary financial policies, risk control matrices, standard operating procedures, and internal controls; Implement appropriate governance processes that assure compliance with regulatory (such as SOX) as well as management mandates. Reporting:&nbsp; - Equip the function to ensure timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting; interface with the Company's outside accounting firm. Plan, control and direct corporate accounting activities ensuring compliance with GAAP, statutory guidelines and internal financial policies and procedures. Scalable systems and processes: - Ensure that all financial systems are properly leveraged, integrated and upgraded to capture and produce timely and accurate information and support organizational growth and change; constantly drive improvements through automation. Cap table and stock administration:&nbsp; - Ensure appropriate policies, processes, and controls that provide timely and accurate administration and accounting for the Cap table and stock awards. Accounts Receivable:&nbsp; - Implement policies, processes, and controls that assure best-in-class management of accounts receivable The team, Recruit, manage and develop a strong, performance-oriented Accounting organization, capable of actively and effectively engaging and growing with the business. Experience / Qualifications : - The ideal candidate will bring strong Accounting leadership experience, including Corporate Controller role(s) in mid-sized to large companies, and will ideally have exposure to a recurring revenue business. - The ideal candidate may bring larger company experience but will also have experience in higher-growth environments, where building infrastructure and operating in a hands-on way was required. - The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational orientation to the role and will have experience scaling processes, systems and people capabilities as a company grows in a range applicable to the client.&nbsp; Other requirements of the role include : - Strong influencing capabilities and the ability to command credibility with a senior leadership team - Player-coach operating style, with the ability to dive into details as necessary - Proven track record of building, mentoring and developing high-performing teams - Business partner and solutions orientation; pro-active approach to engaging cross-functionally - Track record of leadership in complex, large-scale, cross-border businesses - Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, as well as accounting operations and systems - Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, as well as sound judgment - 15+ years of Accounting experience, with 5+ at the leadership level - CPA credential required - BS (or equivalent) degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
