Director - Finance - IT

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Director Finance with an MNC company

Qualification: MBA in Finance, CFA, CA

Below points are mandatory in the Resume.

- Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP

- Must have you worked in systems/tools like ERP/Accounting Systems like NetSuite, Zoho, Tally, Quickbooks

- Must have experience in Billing and Order to Cash systems like One bill, Zoho, Zuora, Chargify, and Chargebee

- Good exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and internal control environment

- Good understanding of SAAS Contracts/Agreements and Multi-currency

- Worked or partnered with external/ Outsourced agencies for financial operations

- Good experience in Team Management

JD -

This will be a highly visible role with oversight of the accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and internal control environment.

- Financial planning & strategy. Fund/working capital management. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

- Budgeting & variance analysis .Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations, Budgeting and Working capital.

- Finance Systems, Processes and Policies Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Budget Preparation and Budget Control, Costing, Secretarial functions, ERP, MIS etc. of Limited Company.

- Managing PBIT/ Cash flow and working capital as per budget and forecast.Oversee the month, quarter and year-end close process for Corporate to meet assigned deadlines. Ensure that all general ledger balance sheet accounts are reconciled and analysed on a monthly basis (local taxes, cash flow analysis, compliance, etc.),

- Design and Implement AP, AR approval workflow along with Purchase order and Sales Order Management along with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, GL account reconciliations.

- Advanced understanding of Accrual expenses and cost accruals, prepaid revenue/deferred revenue and Revenue Recognition.

- Will be working in partnership with our outsourced external bookkeeper to speed up close and deliver accurate results and robust reporting of financial performance to management by supporting documentation, variance analyses, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other supporting schedules/reconciliations.

- Own the revenue recognition process, including invoicing customers, maintaining our subscription management platform, ensuring collections in a timely manner and delivering revenue reporting to management.

- Implement and own a spend management platform, executing employee reimbursements, creating and managing virtual and physical credit cards, and processing payments.

- Working directly with our vendors to ensure timely payments, including managing vendor bank information.

- Lead the accounting team to prepare monthly financial reporting packet and annual financial statements (including footnotes) in accordance with Standard Accounting Practices.

- Ensure tax compliance and reporting, coordinate work of outside tax accountants, maintain compliance with sales and use tax requirements of multiple jurisdictions.

- Drive the preparation and presentation of timely, accurate internal and external financial statements to senior management and stakeholders (cash flow, cash forecast, DSO, KPI. cost analysis)
