Please DO NOT apply if : 1. You are currently a FREELANCE/CONSULTANT (My Customer is looking for people who are currently employed with a Company (Notice Period and just out of an assignment is good too). 2. If you are working with large conglomerates/brands organizations - My Customer is looking for someone who comes from Organizations where the size (Employee Headcount) ranges between a START-UP to a 500 member team. 3. Not willing to start work late and end late (This is a US Based firm, so a split shift (Maybe from 2 PM until 11 PM - Nothing written on stone though). Description : - Should have good knowledge of US and India accounting practices. - Should have good experience in the IT services industry. - Proven P&L management track record. - Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. - Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment. Should have overseen the human resource functions, including : - Recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention - Compensation And Benefits Administration - Perform other job-related duties as required. A partial list of responsibilities : - Support the CEO in all aspects of Financial & Business Planning. - Will be responsible for the day to day finance activities and statutory compliance. - Will be responsible for group financial reporting - Interface with Delivery managers and Practice head to ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve goals.
