- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
- Lead the refinement and development in design & implementation of the Business Finance Shared Services Roadmap to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement for processes as per documented service level agreements.
- Drive a metrics based & results oriented performance culture, with a clear focus on customer service, productivity and quality. Intertwine operational / employee goals with SLA deliverables.
- Design, implement & enhance operational metrics reporting framework, including a structured distribution of holistic shared services performance dashboards (with metrics around quality, productivity, turnaround times, cost, controls and customer satisfaction).
- Build a self- assessment testing framework to monitor progress, risks/ issues and create mitigation plans as necessary.
- Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities. This includes the coordination of these activities with all satellite offices as well.
- Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
