Director - Finance - Gaming Firm

Exciting opportunity to join a leading online gaming organization who seek to employ a highly experienced Vice President Finance.

Role-based with one of the Worlds largest Online Gaming companies having presence in Europe, Southeast Asia, the US and China.

Job Role :

- Preparation/ review of MIS, budget vs actual, monthly and annual financial statements for investors and management.

- Develop long term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the organizations strategic plan

Establish and monitor annual financial objectives and goals for the organization

- Responsible for overall accounting function

- Establishing and executing internal control over accounting and financial reporting

- Formulation of Annual operation Budget and Capex Budget and presentation to the management.

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

- Maintain banking relationships
