Director - Finance - Food Services

- Driving strategic projects and initiatives through cross-functional projects across our organization

- Build financial models for a diverse customer base

- Identifying business needs, creating and updating a 12-24 month spend plan/forecast, and guiding teams through execution of that forecast

- Advising business leaders on financial decisions/commitments that align with their most pressing priorities, in the face of various competing projects and limited resources

- Driving the annual and long-term business planning cycle in support of long term strategic objectives across multiple spend portfolios

- Relentlessly pursuing continuous process improvement to achieve better results

- Leading or actively collaborating in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global

 
Profile:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 12+ years of experience in handling the overall finance function. 

- You have an experience in working with complex organizations and have been involved in strategic planning, controls & compliances and overseeing the business controlling function. You have a proven track record the finance team and being an active contributor to management level discussions. 

- You also have excellent communication and leadership skills
