Director - Finance - FMCG/Nutrition/Consumer Health

- Finance Planning & Analysis

- Builds and leads a Finance team which partners with Business across levels to take critical cost, price and business expense related decisions.

- Benchmark and review existing Finance SOPs with industry bests.

- Directs and develops monthly management reporting and analysis.

- Communicates financial results.

- Directs the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and variation reporting to identify areas requiring attention and areas of possible improvement.

- Build systems and processes to support & control Account Payable of a rapidly growing business.

- Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance

- Directs the development and maintenance of key operating metrics.

- Directs the preparation of annual planning based on sales forecast and planned spends.

- Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance

Candidate background :

- Experience of 12-15 years and in the last role should have been the Head of Finance function.

- Should have led a large Finance team in a MNC in India.

- M&A experience preferred but not required.

- Exposure to Direct and Indirect Taxation.

- Fair understanding of sales commercial.

- Possess strong analytical skills.
