Director - Finance - FMCG - CA

- A qualified CA from an FMCG Food and Beverage manufacturing company with good plant finance, project finance and general finance and accounts roles. Providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met.

- Developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the company's business.

- Finance Head role taking care of budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, Supply Chain Finance, raising capital, liaise with banks and government bodies for compliances.

- Prepare Annual Business Budget together with all Business Units and Functions and submit to the board of the Director for approval as per schedule.

- The Annual budget should ensure the company's objectives for Revenue, Sales Volume and Profit growth.

- Manage the monthly, half-yearly & yearly consolidated Profit and Loss account of the company in the direction of achieving the budget, together with individual Profit and Loss account of different Business units though GMs/BU Head.

- Develop high Quality SOPs with team for improving and sustaining efficient operation in major area of the Finance Department.

- Oversee the Financial performance of the company together for Asset management, cash Flow, banking relations, SAP management, risk management, audits & investments.
